Letting only Service includes
- Aligning your property with the right tenant: we will advertise your property in our website and other platforms that are uniquely available to us. Your property will be viewed by a constant stream of traffic. This allows us to find a tenant in a relatively short amount of time. Our services also offer comprehensive mailing list circulation.
- We will conduct appropriate viewings: If a prospective tenant shows interest, we will go ahead with the viewing process. We will showcase unique features of the home, as well as answer any questions that the prospective tenant may have.
- Organise and conduct accompanied viewings
- We will check references: We have a tenant referencing service that will allow us to check into the background of the prospective tenant. We want you to connect with a tenant that has a strong financial background.

Once an offer is accepted, and a outline of the Tenancy Agreement will be handed out. A deposit of 2 weeks to secure the property will requir
reference check. We will issue out refunds, outlining important details. If the landlord withdraws from the agreement, then you will be granted your refund. If you decide to withdraw, then the deposit will be retained by the landlord.
The commencement of tenancy and deposit (that will also include one month of rent) plus administration charges will need to be cleared up by the London Sweet homes bank account. Once this has been cleared, tenancy may start immediately.
