Brian has been a Solicitor since June 1979.  A graduate of The London School of Economics and The University of London.  Previously he practiced for 23 years as Brian Hoffman & Co and is a well-known name in the property and bridging field. He is the co-founder of Hoffman-Bokaei Solicitors and has extensive experience in disposals and commercial property, including development work and bridging. He has acted in high value and complicated developments and investments over the years to include, substantial office buildings and bridging finance. Golnar Bokaei is the Managing Partner of Hoffman-Bokaei and the driving force behind the firm’s success. She has a wide range of expertise and undertakes work in Family Law, Employment Law, Corporate Law, Litigation and Immigration. She has an articulate, practical, efficient and caring approach in dealing with all legal matters that she undertakes.

She believes that a good lawyer needs to think outside the box and take all different aspects of a case into consideration to achieve the best results. She acts for companies as well as individuals and believes that every matter, irrespective of its complexity, deserves the same amount of dedication.

She is a resourceful and dynamic individual, with considerable commercial acumen which is gained through working with high profile organisations.  All of her hard work and dedication has enabled her to develop an in-depth insight into the business world.

Alex is an integral member of the team.  Much of Alex’s work is concentrated around Litigation, but his area of practice extends to Aviation Law, Land Law and Contract Law.  A graduate of Anne Arundel College, University of Maryland USA and the SOAS and LSE (University of London), Alex qualified as a Solicitor in February 2005 and has always maintained a very proactive, pragmatic and energetic approach  to resolving problems of varying complexity.  Alex’s experience extends to working in two of the most forward thinking commercial sets of chambers, 2 Essex Court, Middle Temple (now Quadrant Chambers) and 7 Kings Bench Walk, Inner Temple.  Alex is a member of the Middle Temple, Inns of Court and still maintains close links with the Inn.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Peter is a graduate from Edinburgh University with a M.A (Hons) in International Relations. He underwent education in Scots Law before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course in London. Peter is working on a LLM at City University focusing on medical negligence disputes and administrative justice. He is the current Trainee at Hoffman-Bokaei and is working closely with the Managing Partner in the litigation department. Apart from his work Peter also enjoys rock-climbing and cycling. He looks forward to completing his Training Contract at Hoffman-Bokaei and the experience he can gain from working with the team of solicitors here.
